
Meet Dr. Ormes, ND
Natural Health Specialist
Dr. Alexis Ormes* is a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) and holistic health consultant. She received her ND at Bastyr University in a 4-year accredited naturopathy program where she completed training in biomedical and clinical science, and put the naturopathic principles to use in 1200+ hours of clinical rotations. Dr. Ormes completed specialty training in digestive wellness, mental health, diabetes and cardiovascular health, women’s health and pediatrics. Using modalities such as counseling, nutrition, lifestyle education, homeopathy, and botanical medicine, Dr. Ormes seeks to find the root cause of illness. By working alongside clients to achieve their health goals, Dr. Ormes believes that wellness stems from client-centered, holistic care. “Tolle totum,” or treat the whole person, is the naturopathic principle that most resonates with Dr. Ormes. This principle recognizes that true healing occurs when the body, mind and spirit are in alignment.
